This is just the labeling, huge number of prescriptions are done off-label which is perfectly legal. He could decide that the vaccine injury fund won't cover liability for injuries if you are outside these groups but hasn't yet.

He could also exclude people not in these groups from having insurance automatically cover the shot but insurance wants to cover it because paying for COVID treatment is much worse from a cost perspective.

I do wonder if this is a way to get a list to place into camps. I hope I'm wrong

According to this, I should avoid losing weight lest I lose my eligibility for the Covid vaccine.

It's unclear to me if we're still going to be able to get the vaccine through pharmacies, or if we have to go to a physician. If these new requirements depend on a physician's signature, then it's going to be a lot harder for people to get the COVID vaccine, even if they qualify.

Aside from the fact that it should be given basically no limitations or restrictions, & widely encouraged &/or mandated, the problem even w these loophole options is that the limited recommendations/approved groups via the FDA may reduce the chances of health insurance companies covering it.

From what I understand, Kennedy is still going to send it to an internal review committee, and THEY will make the final decision about who will be eligible for the shots. So they could throw that whole list out and say "70+ and that's it".

I guess it depends on whether that review committee is staffed with career biomedical science types, or drawn from the new advisory board he stuffed with quacks
