My cable company (spectrum) changed its channel lineup, and now there’s one that’s marked as a favorite. I deselect it, but whenever I call the channel guide up, it shows up again. It’s not the zombie channel, but it’s totally the zombie channel

I thought maybe it was my default startup channel that got reassigned. The problem is that on one menu they show the music channel name but not number, and on another they show the number but not the name, so I don’t know what the fuck is going on.
