As someone who was rather tepid on yet another Superman/DC reboot: I loved it. Yes, it's a bit silly. Yes, it is earnest and fun and hopeful. I loved Krypto and Luthor/Elon and, best of all, this very *human* Superman at its heart. It's exactly what I needed to see right now. ❤️

In a world so cruel and toxic, the most punk rock thing you can do is stand up and show compassion. The scene between Clark and Lois encapsulates it perfectly.
Exactly. It was good and about stuff that made me feel better. It's not the best thing ever and it is not horrible. It's Superman exactly how we need him
Yeah, I really loved the look of it, I prefer over the 2010s style Hollywood look that made the Man of Steel suit look, not bad, but not as inviting as the suits in this movie. And I love when these movies put a good amount of focus on cinematography.
