The other side of that kind of feedback, of course, is that maybe they don't TRUST your ability to make it good but won't simply say so. 😉

That's the worst of it and in my experience, too common. If you CAN'T trust the people working for you, why are THEY there? If you WON'T trust the people working for you, why are YOU there?
