Jimmy Carter tried to see to it that I learned the metric system so I wouldn't grow up an ignorant hillbilly. Being able to communicate with everyone else on the planet... Reagan put an end to that liberal bullshit. The political machine hated Jimmy because he couldn't be bought... for any price.
