No one is going to shoot up a pizza parlor for these guys. And no one is going to go crazy convinced that Kevin Sorbo has illegally detained immigrants in his basement whose blood he's drinking. So they sell stickers that folks think represent them. They're not inciting violence & I doubt they will.

so here’s the thing: conspiracy theories lead to right wing extremism. Believing in just one conspiracy theory makes you much more likely to believe others. It’s why so much of the seemingly lefty conspiracies around “wellness culture” led a bunch of ppl to q-anon
i never said this will lead to a left wing demagogue as president. I said pizzagate started with this kind of conspiracy-minded shit. Spreading lefty conspiracies doesnt lead to a lefty conspiracy ecosystem— it pushes the ppl you fooled into the right wing conspiracy ecosystem that already exists

They’re treading the same path that got us to this grifters’ paradise. We shouldn’t let liars prey upon people. Putting a stop to their influence is important and within our reach, unlike many of the bigger, more serious things happening.
