Adversaries can study software 4 vulnerabilities & develop malware 2 b installed by unskilled accomplices 2 manipulate vote counts. Attacks could also b launched by compromising vendors responsible 4 programming systems before elections, enabling large scale distribution of malware.

In 2022 & 2023; many of us wrote to Attorney General, FBI Director, and Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director urging an investigation. There is no evidence of federal investigation 2 determine what was done with misappropriated voting software.
