It is rife where we live and very few know the dangers of mixing alcohol with cocaine. Ergo they don't recognise the symptoms if they're in trouble. They use coke to "sober up" and deaths from toxicity are rising rapidly. Nobody even attempts to educate and, as you have gathered, it infuriates me!
