It takes moral vacuity to make that judgement. You are consciously pretending 60,000 civilians weren’t slaughtered with our munitions and our enthusiastic support. This is a trolley problem. I have never pretended we didn't slaughter civilians. There was no magic third choice on the table that doesn't end in slaughtering the innocent, it's a matter of degree. I want that choice too, but it's a generational work. In the mean time we still have to vote.
