I see no evidence of a plan. They didn't see this coming. Their plan is to trade LNG to each other. Saudi Arabia has a really big problem if oil prices don't spend a lot of time over $90 a barrel in the future. And that is a very unlikely scenario at this point.

So the big question, when demand starts falling, is who will squeeze who out; those with low production costs and high fossil dependence, or those with higher production costs and lower economic fossil dependence(?) I guess the former will make it out on top, though they need adjust their dependence
