Everything starts to make sense when the following is realised: BBC, CNN, NYT, Reuters etc all have fascist executive and editorial boards. Once that is realised, everything makes sense. The infiltration was completed over a decade ago.
A very nice person who has been on the BBC board for over three decades might not have been a fascist in 2015 but slowly became a fascist over the past few years. What enables these mind infiltrations could be external influences such as bribery or blackmail or simply having no moral compass.
