She sounded like quite a girl. When I was a kid the farmer up the road had a Percheron mix. His name was Dick. He’d lead Dick and give us kids rides. 5 kids ages 5-8 on his back. Never missed a beat. Always gentle. Was an awesome horse.

Was a silly girl. I’m 67 and I remember Dick and the farmer to this day. Neither have been forgotten.
