Giuliani was a passenger in a Bronco driving on I-93. As they neared state police attending a domestic call on the other side of the highway, they were rear-ended and the cars ended up on the median. The state police walked over to help them. Giuliani's spokesperson Ragusa told a different story.
Don't want to spend too much time on America's Loser's foibles,but how does his car get rear-ended travelling in the opposite direction on the Interstate from SP responding to a domestic violence incident and yet Rudy supposedly rendered aid to the the DV victim and left the scene before SP arrived?
Exactly. There's nothing in the police report about him calling the police. I suppose he might have been going the other way, called police, the police came, then they U-turned and drove back the other direction but... I'm going with the police report for now and they don't mention him doing that.
