Not true. If you are born on American soil, then you are American. Ancestors of our Native American Indians came to this continent by crossing a land bridge from Siberia to what is now Alaska. it’s all a matter of timeframe.

If you really want to go back that far, everyone who doesn’t still live in a tiny little spot in Africa is descented of immigrants… …actually they definitely are, too, since it’s not like all of their ancestors always lived in that same one spot for millions of years, FFS!
