It’s absolutely insane! I’ll make over $100k this year not including my husbands income. We travel but smartly and are smart with credit cards. I have NO clue how people are thriving.

I've heard that people *aren't* thriving, but living beyond their means through credit card debt; and if the US economy is built mostly on debt, that feels very "house of cards"-y
