Follow-up Moleskine report: Front and back writing in my Moleskine notebook. You can see there's no bleed-through with regular writing, but it does fail the bloch test. You can tell from the front page that on the back I've learned to relax my hand and press less, letting the pen do the work.

Front page of writing with both green and black ink in my Moleskine notebook. No bleed-through from the opposite page of writing. At the bottom you can see where the blotch test on the back page bled through, so that didn't go well. You can't hardly tell I was writing on the back because I've learned to relax my hand and let the fountain pen do the work. Back page of writing with green ink in my Moleskine notebook. No bleed-through from the opposite page of writing. At the bottom you can see where I did the blotch test on the back page; it bled through, so that didn't go well. You can see some of the writing from the front page because I was still pressing too hard instead of letting the pen do the work.

My handwriting style is more "engraving the page" (I tend to press a lot with normal pens), which is why I admire fountain pens from a safe distance 😄
