Sorry. Tim Kaine and Ro Khanna introduced motions to have a vote on the War Powers Act (joined by the one Repug in the House.). Schumer and Jeffries KILLED both bills. They could have least put down this marker. Feckless, & you wonder why Dems are down in approval? SURE they'll win the midterms?
