This seems like an excellent money spinner for the Taliban. I'm guessing they would get 10s of thousands for each returnee. It can't cost that much to fund a trip to the UK from there. So, for a small investment, say £1000, can get a 10 times return from the UK tax payer when they come back.

My second sentence contains nothing to be confident about, because implicit in it is my iron belief that, if Labour DON'T change, they're out in 2029 and finished as a political force.
