Farage can't be 'booted out', the company articles say that any matters concerning the company have to be decided by shareholders. Farage and Tice are the only shareholders, Farage being the majority holder.

They'll find a way if it means the difference between £100M and nothing ... Probably resign because Tice has some dirt on Farage, in the end, Farage may not survive this debacle as Reform leader.
We should support this. There’s no amount of money that’d make Reform successful with Rupert Lowe as leader.
Ah, let them kick lumps out of each other first...........Then make Lowe leader...... then release Tiny Tommeh and watch it all happen again!
£100m (or whatever it is) IS the way............ Money is the only reason Fromage set up Deform.
Farage will point out that the £100m is not a necessity, they’re getting donations anyway, and that £100m from Musk would probably hurt the party as much as it helps it.
It's already hurt the party, but £100M will help the company, and at the end of the day Farage is in this for the profit, otherwise he'd have formed an actual party.
70% shareholder. The last brexit party accounts should have given it away.
Yep, but he can resign, or rather, be forced to resign, depends what skeletons he has in his closet, and how much pressure can be put on him by the other shareholders.
Shareholder, singular. Fromage holds >50% but less than 75%, Dick Lice the rest. That's it, no other shareholders.
He’d rather bring the whole edifice crashing down around him, surely?
Resigning at this point will do that quite effectively anyway, but examine his past, he has no compunction in leaving a political party he fronts to die by the roadside. UKIP just crashed and burned when he left, twice.
At that point, would he retain his shareholding? It would be worthless if he tried to sell it, as its value is based on his being leader.
In any case, Farage is the not-so-secret sauce of Reform. Take him away and you only have some overprivileged middle aged racists in suits. Which Farage is also, but he’s presented as something more, and people swallow it.
Like UKIP, without Farage they're toast.
Alan Sked must be enjoying this.
I think we're all enjoying this in a vicarious popcorn popping way ...
They will probably drop Rupert the horse farmer Lowe in, Farage would retain his shares so effectively still runs the show..... As in, does whatever Musk tells him to do, probably through the orange wotsit.
That rather depends on whether Farage is amenable. He seems to like the attention he gets as leader. And, again, do the shares have any value if he’s not leader? Who, after all, gives a flying one about Reform led by Rupert Lowe? Apart from Rupert Lowe?
Of course the shares have value, the Farage fanatics will still stump up £30 to listen to him blow his dogwhistle. He'll be relying on a lot of Deform members forgetting their membership auto-renews, so there is all that money to come. They will still book him for BBCQT.
