I feel this way about Sports Franchise that take public money. If the a Football team wants public money for a stadium the money given needs to be a taken as a percentage of ownership of the franchise until it's paid back.

Yeah. The "Gimme new stadium/arena shakedown" needs to stop being a feature of professional sports. Name another industry that makes the public pay the "plant" part of plant & equipment. Also, why are we financing the luxury corporate box row...that the Corps then write off as business expense?
