Doctor, the Mediterranean Diet is the healthiest and most delicious diet on Earth, imho.
The Mediterranean diet makes so much sense and has the approval of most doctors and cardiologists but gets so little attention that it feels like a fringe diet. Instead, diet culture keeps pushing kooky schemes that sound like torture to me.
