How are those jobs? The person leaves the position. Government was inflated over the past 5 years. Nobody is going to loose the job, this is important. What do you people want?

If you have 5 people working in a department, that’s 5 jobs. If 1 retired, there are 4 people working in the department. That’s 4 jobs. 1 job is lost.

Nobody lost the job. 4 people doing 5 people’s job means increasing efficiency. And it is needed in public service. We have to stop the practice of creating a new department every other week.
