wish i could get the covid vaccine and the flu vaccine together because i love efficiency. however EVERY time i do this i feel like dogshit for two or three days and i love feeling like dogshit less than i love efficiency

Last week I got the COVID, flu, and pneumonia vaccines all on the same day. I felt like poop the next 2 days, but I figured I'd just do em all at once and get it over with. It still sucked though... Best of luck to ya!

An RN told me to drink a bottle of Gatorade or Powerade (zero sugar) after you get the shots. It helps so much.

have you tried the allergy meds trick? either take Benadryl as soon as you get home or a non-drowsy antihistamine beforehand, it’s a complete game changer

Getting them at the same time splits the immune system response anyway - best to do them separately, if possible!
