No I don't think so. Why? If you read Bluesky there is a lot of people on here realizing what is going on and fighting to save it. Of course your gonna have your hold outs that say Yes. But people are realizing he can't control everything. As it hits the wallet you will see more descent.

Robert Reich recently pointed out that autocracy would be more organized, a clear message, clear rules, restrictions etc. This is a DICTATORSHIP now. An All Powerful Personality throwing its weight around, governing by whim and creating complete chaos. An autocracy would be more predictable.
If Trump dropped a (literal) bomb on Congress to prevent the unlikely event of it opposing something he is doing, the NY Times headline would read, "Trump Bomb Kills Members of Congress and Raises Further Questions About Eroding Norms."
