This seems like something any bomber should be able to do. Encapsulate the drones, toss them out. I guess you'd like to control them via the bomber so it'll need some slightly fancy comms.

You already have sea drones carrying flying drones and missiles. Why not a flying drone for the same thing. In conjunction with satellite the pilots are safe. Missiles, fighters, drones can be shot down, that is the cheapest.

There are different designs on this matter but all are quite similar. The US has one similar. You can easily look it up by investing your time to google and read. Btw, these type of design ideas movies rarely depict a final product or procedure mechanism. It is mainly for concept demonstration.

Test flight in June. This means an empty basic shell if it exists, which I seriously doubt Launch drones from a forward flight, even at low speed, would need to have gyros fitted. Then bombs guidance systems. I'll call bullshit on this.
