60% enriched uranium is all but "peaceful" (truly peaceful uranium for power plants is 3-5% enriched), let alone the fact you don't hide "peaceful" nuclear facilities under a mountain. More simply put: if you enrich nuclear fuel over 5%, you want nuclear bombs, bc that has no other use.
2025 IAEA verification report has them at 408kg. More than enough for a dirty (non-ballistic) bomb. You need 24kg for a warhead, of which 4kg is lost in final enriching, leaving 20kg per warhead.
