1. I cannot see the Ukrainian people excepting this plan. They need so much more. They need full membership in NATO, full repatriation of all citizens and children. Reparations for all damages done by Russia. And that seems like just the beginning.

2. Am I correct that there would be a referendum voted on by the Ukrainian people? Ultimately it’s their choice. They are the ones whose blood is being shed. I still believe if they fight on, they could get everything back. Russia should never be allowed back in the G7.
