There is no such thing as a Trump guarantee. And the money can go round & round but it still comes from Europe and ends up in the hands of US weapons manufacturers? And the US and Russia do what? My head hurts.

All the money in the world wouldn't make Trump take action against Putin. If this war ends Putin will agitate and create instability and invade again in as few years. Why pretend these guarantees are real when it's obvious they are useless as long as they depend on Trump?
