They planned to cancel this tank but they have problems to meet even a plan involving cancelling something.
Unlikely but anyway, what components are they still able to use but shouldn't be able to!
All of these numbers are a sharp increase from recent years. It’s hard to believe Russia could hit these goals without significantly impacting non-military production.
I reckon these are PR 'targets' rather than realisable production. Although, the missiles seem to line up. My only reason for these targets to be actually genuine is that China is supplying and assisting.
They would also need fuel, which seems to be in short supply these days.
Non military WHAT?
In the last 25 years russia was always very "successful" in planning and later usually very silent about realization of these plans.
I'm surprised that they are persevering with the T-14 Armata. It has been conspicuous by its absence from combat.
