I admit I don’t have any special knowledge of the arrangement, and I know that Legends Global Merchandise submitted a losing bid for those stores — but the name is still owned by UM and licensed to Legends, so as long it’s on Rally House’s awning there’s some trail from UM → Legends → Rally House.
