I believe each 'distraction' is significant in itself.While taken singularly, the distraction is important.But the point of all this may be that one event is trying to diminish the importance of the other. Everything he does is detrimental to the US. it gets to a point where people are comparing one

to another trying to weigh each of Trump’s actions. Everything he does is terrible. It's really almost too much to keep up with. Just judge it all as horrible.
