Given the greed and corruption and evil, not to mention that Trump and many MAGA supporters rape children and consider them to be merely a remunerative commodity, I would surmise the children are being sexually assaulted/abused in custody and then trafficked for a profit.

I shudder to think. We know Nazis did horrible experiments on kids. Even institutions in this country up until mid 20th century were doing same, like forced sterilization.

As with the Holocaust, during the war, we knew it was bad...but we didn't know HOW bad until the end. That's where we are now. I deeply fear that the Venn diagram of what happening in America vs what happened in Nazi Germany, will be a perfect circle.
