California's efforts to counterbalance Texas's gerrymandering at the demand of Trump is a bad solution to an even worse problem. No one wins here. Congressional districts should be drawn by a non-partisan organization with priority given to community representation NOT political obligation
But there is no way for Dems and other sane people to make that happen right now. And I'm sure Dems could accept independent district maps FAR faster than GOP would. Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good.

It shames me as an American to see people so vested in protecting a file full of child rapers, in destroying laws and our norms, in grifting off of lower and middle class people. The best defense is offense. We can’t let them steal another election with all their gerrymandering already. Texas has more democrats than republicans but you would never know that would you? Dems brought up a bill to prevent this in 2021 and the republicans vetoed it!

yeah, should be. Ohio Supreme Court has deemed their gerrymandered districts unconstitutional, but they don't care, they don't change anything. no one is winning alright, and the 40% are making losers out of all the rest of us.
