I don't know on this one. It's pretty clear that there is no emergency that would allow the president to enact these tariffs and I don't see even an extreme right-wing Court overturning the ruling without completely invalidating the Court's existence and pushing us into a crisis
I thought they had already invalidated their existence. When decided that presidents cannot be tried for actions taken in their role as president.
They can't be prosecuted for criminal actions, but as long as there is a remnant of the balance of powers, the courts can overturn actions of the president
