This is shortly before. The NG were on their own until curfew ended and the protesters started to arrive. Then the officers in dark blue moved to the front before NG came out again as shown in the footage, without their riot shields.

Christ almighty, who's side are you on? Check out the helmets; The ones rushing protestors are in the video are *not* NG. Making these sort of ill-informed claims are exactly the things the other side *will* use against you to discredit you. Be factual. Be truthful. Be better.
