Trump is rich and controlled a political party he was never going to face consequences. He never had before and has been found guilty of tens if not hundreds of other felonies.

And that’s Biden’s, Garland’s, and the Democratic Party’s fault for allowing it to happen. In less than 18 months Trump should have been sitting in a jail cell and disqualified from ever being elected to office again. Top to bottom failure.

Only Congress can charge a sitting president with a crime. His actions on the sixth were still while he was president so lay on the duty of Congress to find him guilty of a crime.
