Can see the need for this reposting - why does #bluesky only give ~10% of the prominence to threaded posts, that it does to standalone posts? My yearlist thread posts get almost no notice or acknowledgement at all. Any way this can be changed, to make them equal? Not that twitter was any better...

I've pinned the latest addition to my profile, to see if that increases visibility . . . evidence so far, it isn't!
And now I look at your posts tagged #PWC2025 and can’t understand why my UK Patch Birding feed hasn’t picked them up at all 🤷🏻♂️
I'd noticed that! The LowCarbonBirding feed does pick them up, but has sadly very low profile overall.
The NEBirding tag doesn't pick mine up either - I've given up looking at that feed as all it ever has is stuff down on Teesside and North Yorks, nothing of interest to me.
I don’t think bluesky does anything. It’s meant to be algorithm free. So I don’t know why your threads aren’t picked up. I reposted yday’s posts because for some reason they weren’t picked by some feeds, including my own! They were fine the day before so I don’t know what’s happened between days.
@support.bsky.team have you done something to stop feeds picking up threads in recent days? See 👆🏼
