The estimate that Brexit is costing £40bn off tax revenue is shocking, but its impact has been far worse: we've lost opportunities for our young, int'l respect & influence, empathy for those less fortunate. Starmer & Reeves cowardice has a price, & we're paying it observer.co.uk/news/busines...

Read whistle blower Christopher Wylie's book Mindf*ck for an account of how it happened & how Trump 2016 happened. The social media campaigns for these 2 political campaigns were done at the same time by the same billionaire. Wylie testified before both Parliament & the U.S. Congress about it.

As with any change programme there is an inherent optimism. They are always more complex than expected. It was obvious unraveling 40 years of law and practice was going to be costly and would take a decade at least. This was not made clear in the referendum. #brexit

Why is so hard to deal with Nigel Farage?, his Brexit legacy should be the end of his political career.

Trump's record should also be the end of his political career, and yet here we are.

And the Russian bot farm posts, the dark money funding, his lack of attendance, the rallying of the racist flag shaggers. It’s all so obviously criminal but they don’t seem to do anything about it.

If you assume an average tax rate of say, 25%, then that implies that Brexit is costing the UK 160,000,000,000 Stirling a year, or about 80 nuclear submarines. At least you can still get your bananas by the pound, so there's a silver lining.

This is like when the Democrats get blamed for trying to rescue the US economy every time the Republicans f*ck it up. Somehow it’s all their fault, both the enabling & the recovery, because people think politics is about instant gratification. It’s much quicker to f*ck something up than to fix it!

I'm not sure what's happening in that picture, but my best guess is that it involves an enormous, invisible, horse cock.
