Yep. It’s time to demilitarize the police. Get rid of cop cities. Remove qualified immunity. Break the Omertà. Rein in cop unions. Reallocate monies to community outreach, counseling, and family services.

I am now understanding where the absurdity of the endless stream of police choppers in GTA V comes from. The LAPD can really just pull helicopters out of their ass.
