Those are facts but you don't need an arrest warrant from the ICC to be a terrorist. The man was a terrorist.

I mean, Hamas have been trying to kill Netanyahu for years. What distinguishes Bibi isn't the morality of trying to kill him, or the morality of his horrific state terrorism, it's the democratic credibility of his position. Nobody elected al-Rahawi.
