Yep, now the outgoing governor can't pack commitees & boards as easily. I'm amazed a drunk stayed governor so long. She made her millions, her Dem opponent for governor would have destroyed her. She allowed a doctor to get licensed AFTER being banned by IA and the Vet Admin (3 times).
