Another connection I've heard of is how in the CD booklet for Taylor Swift's debut album, there is a hidden message in the lyrics of "Picture To Burn" that says "date nice boys." Other than that, I can't recall more evidence connecting the artists.

the only letters missing from nice boy ed and the message “date nice boys” are the letters “T.A.S” aka taylor alison swift aka the letters on the cover of the showgirls album in a slightly less vivid color

i am not for sure set that she is nice boy ed but i am for sure set that she is involved (i like to think it’s her and her brother but that’s just off vibes in all transparent honesty)
