I got on the wall with +5, last time I tried the challenge I went +6 and failed, had to spend the rest of the evening lying very still on the couch. Fairly sure there’s no set scale, it’s just however much chili paste the chef feels like dumping in there. Afterwards I was just sad I wasted food.
