They simply don't give a shit. They are all elitist. They have Rolls-Royce jobs with pensions for life and the best healthcare plans that they will never have have to pay a cent for, and they know their supporters will vote for them again, regardless.
I don't see any way this plays out that's not gonna lead to a civil war. I'm legitimately scared.
If Democrats take part in a civil war, we'll lose that, too.
The war is gonna be because of the Democrats. Once their constituents finally realize how stupid party loyalty is they're gonna be big mad. No one's ready to admit that yet, though. It's just MAGA, but just slightly "left".

I disagree. Party loyalty is part of how we ended up with these Democrats we have now and how we ended up with MAGA.

I think and hope more people are waking up to the fact that the idea of the Democratic party and the reality of what they are are two different things.
Most of them just think we need to "fight harder," whatever that means.
