I sometimes score a 1, but it can be like a strobe: image/blank/image/blank… And then I find myself asking if that’s how existence works.

I'm a clear 1 for imagination and for some memories. For other memories I'm more of a 2 or 3, and for some I'm more of a 9 or 10 (there's just a big void where a memory ought to be).

It entirely depends on how deeply I'm thinking about a thing. I can paint a picture of an apple in my mind and see it in fine detail if I want to, but mostly the understanding of what 'apple' means does just fine.

5 all day every day. Took me till I was in my 40s to realise visualisation was a literal thing for others!
