I mean technically they could file an appeal once there’s an order of dismissal for the last Defendant (which is just a matter of time since they have a different attorney); but yea, beyond that she wouldn’t be able to bring a new complaint against the Defendants.
Also, if I had to guess, Campbell Miller Payne is likely going to start ramping down operations in the near future given they’re down to 2 active attorneys (from 4) and a zero success rate so far; so whether or not they even have the resources for further appeals against Dismissed cases 🤷‍♀️.
