The only reason Luna *exists* is because they sliced St. Petersburg in half to dilute the votes in FL 13. That's all.

Just a thought. By diluting the democrats vote do they not dilute their own votes? Are we getting closer to one person one vote. How will they specifically be able to identify their majority districts. Increasing their costs to target specific areas 🤔

No. The city is vastly majority blue. By lumping half into an already blue district like Tampa, it gives the more rural areas an advantage that does not actually represent the majority of the populace.
