I wonder what SC will do. The text is pretty clear so they should rule against him but I won't count on it. He already said a rule against tariffs could "ruin the economy" so he is trying to influence them.

Right, but John Roberts has been building the unitary executive since the Reagan Administration. For him, it’s far bigger than Trump. I’m not sure.
