2/5 John Object (aka Timur Dzhafarov) grabbed my attention in 2022 when I was researching Ukrainian underground music. He signed up with the army 2 days after the 2022 invasion. I followed his posts from the trenches, learning about the daily routine while russians were trying to kill him.

5/5 I'm addicted to Timur's writing. I feel for him as he laments the years lost in pursuing his dreams to make music. Russians have severely damaged the lives of those they have not killed. Read russian media to see them speak openly of genocide. It's why I donate AND make demands on my government.
