Sorry, again, you seem to make a lot of assumptions. We all go through intensive training prior. I’ve been explaining how funding allocations actually work to keep the allocations as equitable (the E in DEI) as possible. And, for the record, I degreed multiple times at 2 elite schools.
You clearly need to improve your ability to explain yourself, hence why you may not get grants instead of what you think: where you are located, race, or sex.
